Our return policy lasts for 7 days upon receiving our product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The circumstances that we will be able to accept for return and refund or exchange as below:

• Product defect (applicable for refund or exchange)
• Wrong product received (applicable for refund or exchange)
• Phone model purchased mistakenly (ONLY applicable for exchange)

All refunds will be made through bank transfer in 1-3 working days.

***Please note that all custom casing is not eligible for return or exchange due to phone models purchased mistakenly.

All the casing under Titan category are eligible for a 6-months ONE to ONE exchange warranty. The circumstances that we will be able to accept for return and refund or exchange as below:

• Printing on the case faded.
• The case broke.
